1Definitions & Interpretation

In this Para77 Terms & Conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Para77" refers to the online betting platform operating under the domain para77.biz, including all services, games, and features offered.
• "Member" or "Player" refers to any individual who has registered a valid and active account with Para77.
• "Account" refers to the personal profile registered by a Player on the para77 platform, including all information, balances, and transaction history.
• "Funds" or "Balance" refers to real money in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) held in your para77 account.
• "Bonus" refers to free credits, bonus cash, or other benefits granted by Para77 through promotions or reward programmes.
• "Rollover" or "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted.
• "Services" covers all games, Sports Betting, lottery, Live Casino, e-sports, virtual sports, and all other features available on para77.

2Eligibility & Registration

The para77 platform is open to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years of age and above at the time of registration and at all times when using the platform.
• Is a Malaysian citizen or lawful permanent resident of Malaysia.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement.
• Is not currently enrolled in any active self-exclusion programme under any responsible gambling initiative.
• Has never previously been banned from the para77 platform for fraud, abuse, or breach of terms.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds in the account without any compensation.

3Para77 Player Account

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) Para77 account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own name, another person's name, or false information — is strictly prohibited.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account username and password.
• Do not share your login credentials with any third party. Para77 will never ask for your password via email or phone.
• Any activity carried out on your account is considered to have been performed by you, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to Para77.
• In serious cases such as account use by a minor, para77 reserves the right to close the account, forfeit all remaining balances, and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

4Deposits & Payment Methods

All deposit transactions at Para77 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted deposit methods are as follows:

• Para77 does not accept deposits via any foreign payment method or any method not listed above.
• Deposits made by third parties on your behalf are strictly prohibited and will be refunded upon detection, less any applicable processing fees.
• Para77 reserves the right to place a hold on deposits for security review if there are signs of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Downtime or failures involving third-party systems (such as e-wallet disruptions) are not the responsibility of para77. Please contact customer support if a deposit has not been credited within the expected timeframe.

5Fund Withdrawal

Para77 is committed to processing withdrawals promptly and efficiently. The following withdrawal conditions apply:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• For security and anti-money laundering compliance purposes, withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit ("same source rule").
• All bonus rollover requirements must be fully met before any bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal.
• Para77 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before approving a first-time withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding RM 5,000.
• The standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes. In exceptional cases, this may take up to 24 hours.

6para77 Bonuses & Promotions

Para77 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only. Cannot be claimed more than once, even if a new account is created.
• Rollover Requirement: Each bonus carries its own rollover requirement (typically between 5x and 25x the bonus value). Detailed rollover conditions are specified in each individual promotion.
• Validity Period: Bonuses must be used within the stipulated period. Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited without notice.

7General Betting Rules

All wagering on the para77 platform is subject to the following general rules:

• All confirmed bets are non-cancellable except under specific circumstances explicitly stated by Para77 (e.g. cancellation of a sporting event).
• Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game type and may be adjusted at para77's discretion.
• In the event of a disputed outcome, the result recorded by Para77's system is final and binding.
• Bets placed during a technical disruption or system error are void and will be cancelled. Funds will be returned to the player's account.
• Para77 reserves the right to void bets placed on clearly erroneous odds resulting from human or system error, and the full stake will be refunded to the player.

For Sports Betting specifically, para77 applies the following principles when determining match outcomes:

• For Malaysia Super League and EPL football betting, official results as determined by the respective league authorities apply.
• Matches postponed by more than 12 hours will be considered void and stakes will be refunded.
• Extra time and penalty shootouts are included in bets covering the final match result, unless otherwise stated.
• For badminton and tennis betting, wagers remain valid even if a player retires during the match, unless the match did not commence at all.

8Casino Games, Slots & Lottery

For the casino, slots, and lottery sections of Para77, the following additional terms apply:

• All para77 slots use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been independently audited by a certified testing body. The Return to Player (RTP) for each slot is stated in the game information.
• Progressive jackpots are calculated on a cumulative basis, and payouts are subject to successful account verification.
• For para77 Live Casino games, results recorded by the camera and technical systems are final. Disputes raised more than 24 hours after a result is announced will not be entertained.
• Para77's 4D and 6D lottery draws are based on results broadcast live, and all outcomes are final.
• Jackpot winnings exceeding RM 50,000 require full identity verification before the payout is approved.

9Live Betting & E-Sports

In-play betting and e-sports on Para77 are subject to the following additional terms:

• Live betting odds are updated in real time and may change before your bet is confirmed. Bets confirmed at a specific odds value are final.
• The Cash Out feature is available for selected matches. Cash Out values are calculated based on current odds and are non-negotiable.
• For esports betting (Mobile Legends, Dota 2, CS:GO), outcomes are determined by the official records of the organising body. Disputes not supported by official evidence will not be entertained.
• Para77 reserves the right to suspend or void Live Betting markets in the event of technical disruptions or insufficient information to determine a valid outcome.

10Account Suspension & Closure

Para77 reserves the right to suspend or close any player's account for the following reasons:

• Breach of any part of these Para77 Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
• Registering multiple accounts or sharing an account with another person.
• Abuse of Para77's bonus or promotional systems.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any other means to manipulate games or bets.
• Requests from Malaysian law enforcement authorities.

If an account is closed for reasons unrelated to fraud, any remaining balance will be returned to the player within 5–10 business days upon completion of the review. Funds linked to fraudulent activity or terms violations may be subject to full forfeiture.

11Privacy & Data Security
